Thank you for visiting our Internet site. You can journey with us climbing Mount Kilimanjaro & going on a Safari in Tanzania, Africa. This exciting adventure took place in September 2005. Our climb benefited the American Lung Association at www.alaw.org. We raised funds to help kids get to asthma camp & for research of lung diseases. The Safari was the carrot at the end of the stick in front of us to help us make it through the climb. We had the most incredible experience, amazing guides & photos galore! so check it out! We hope this inspires you to follow you dreams!
Although the emphasis of our site is on our Kilimanjaro climb September 1, 2005, we also added training & preparation for the trip.
We will also be added pictures from time to time of other trips so check back with us to see what's new!
The Original Idea was to give all of you guys that are checking on this website a glimpse into the experience that Sid, Mar, Tarah, Quinn, and the rest of the team are going through... But unfortunately a unexpected snag has happend, even though we tested the capabilities of the international phone being able to send Pictures messages to an email, and that being successful. Once Sid reached Amsterdam on September 1st the pictures could not be sent, so instead I (Selig) am going to be giving you a update by the voice mails I am receiveing from Sid Tobiason... so stay tuned for what is come.
